"Ingredients Were Hard to Find"
The ingredients are listed somewhere, but it wasn’t easy to figure out where to look. I kept clicking around and wasn’t really sure what the next step was supposed to be, which got a little frustrating. It would be much better if the ingredient info was more obvious upfront.

I’m 100% sure this is a good buy. It’s definitely worth it, no question, but yeah, it does cost a little more than I’d like.

"Delivery was okay, but the info was all over the place"
I ordered from sanpellegrino.com and, to be fair, the drinks did show up fine and nothing was broken. But the delivery took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea when it was actually coming. What made it more annoying was getting inconsistent answers when I tried to figure out the status, one thing said it was on the way, another made it seem like it hadn’t moved. The box was also beaten up when it arrived. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been a lot smoother.

"Always sold out when I try to order"
I’ve tried ordering from sanpellegrino.com a few different times, and somehow the flavors I actually want are always unavailable. It’s either sold out or suddenly “not in my area,” which is damn annoying.

I don’t mind waiting a bit if stuff runs out, but there’s no clear restock info or anything useful. So I just end up buying it somewhere else every time, because this whole setup is kind of a joke.

"Used to Love It, But the Quality Feels Off Lately"
I’ve bought this for a while because it always had that clean, crisp taste I really liked. Lately though, it just hasn’t been the same, the flavor feels kind of flat and a little weird, and my last pack even had a few bottles with barely any fizz. I’m hoping it was just a bad batch, because this used to be a go-to for me, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again unless the quality goes back to how it was

"Wish the recycling info was clearer"
I do like the drinks, honestly. But the website doesn’t really make me feel any better about all the bottles and packaging. The recycling info feels kind of vague and not that easy to find, and there’s a lot of talk about sustainability without much that shows real change. For such a big brand, I expected more. I’m not buying as much as I used to.

"Box showed up completely crushed"
The box arrived totally smashed, and my cans were dented, leaking, and just a mess, i opened it and immediately knew this wasn’t going to be good. There was barely any padding in there, like they just tossed everything in and hoped for the best. I was really disappointed, and yeah, I won’t be ordering from here again.

"Not nearly fizzy enough for me"
I ordered a case from sanpellegrino.com, most of the bottles tasted almost flat. I’ll admit I’m picky about sparkling water because I really buy it for that strong, crisp carbonation, and this just didn’t have it. The fizz was way too weak for my taste. Disappointing, and I probably won’t order it again

"Pretty site, but such a pain to use"
I tried using sanpellegrino.com and gave up after a few minutes. The pages were slow, basic info was weirdly hard to track down, and I kept getting bounced around instead of just finding what I needed. It looks polished, sure, but it almost feels like the design matters more to them than making the site actually useful. Frustrating for something that should be simple.

"The taste is just... off now"
I used to actually like this, but I don’t know, the flavor feels really different now. It tastes kind of bitter and flat, and it’s just not refreshing the way it used to be. feels like a waste of money at this point

"I had a frustrating experience with..."
I had a frustrating experience with customer service. I reached out about an issue with my order and the reply I got felt like a generic template that didn’t really answer what I was asking.

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a clear response, especially from a bigger brand. I had to follow up more than once and still felt brushed off, which just doesn’t seem fair when customers are trying to sort out a genuine problem.
